Mark Doering

Mark is a fitness expert with over 13 years experience in changing physiques and improving the health of his clients. He has worked with people at all levels of fitness and has dedicated his life to improving the lives of others by providing a practical and effective no-nonsense approach to health and fitness.  B.S. in Vertebrate Physiology from Pennsylvania State University
 National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
 National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) - Certified Personal Trainer

In addition to his credentials Mark has had the opportunity to acquire vast experience in the field. What stands out was his ability to work as a sports performance coach for youth, college and professional athletes at Velocity Sports Performance in Manhattan. In addition he has coached youth soccer, high school football and high school lacrosse. Over the years he has worked with many special populations helping individuals stay fit while struggling with injury rehabilitation, Multiple Sclerosis, Polio, Diabetes, Epilepsy and HIV. Currently more of Mark's work is focusing on group class development and sport specific training for runners and triathletes.
