If you are interested in how you get started with boot camp the first thing to do is fill out the contact form. After you have contacted me you can expect the following:

After you contact me the next thing you should do is fill out the assessment form. I will respond to you within 48 hours to ask any additional questions and to answer any of your questions. You should also print and sign a liability waiver. Once this is complete you will be able to attend Boot Camp classes.

Note - It is not required but I recommend scheduling time to meet prior to your first class to check body fat, weight and girth measurements. This information is useful to establish your starting point and track your weight loss and/or fitness goals.

All classes are designed to accommodate beginner to advanced individuals. Based on your assessment I will recommend an appropriate level of fitness to begin your first class. When you arrive, introduce yourself to some new friends and have fun. During class there will be designated water breaks, however if you feel you need to take extra breaks please do so.

As you return to classes and your fitness improves you can start doing more advanced exercises and drills. To increase your motivation, buddy up with your friends or classmates to stengthen your commitment and challenge each other. If you are having trouble with the exercise techniques then let me know before class so I can correct your form. If you would like additional help then you may consider scheduling a 1-on-1 training for more personalized feedback.


In general I will bring all the bands, cones, jumpropes, balls, etc. needed to run classes. I will notify you in advance if you need to bring dumbbells or mats for special exercise days and I always carry extra just in case. The important items for you to wear/bring include:

Layered attire for the outdoors
Sneakers or running shoes
Water (though there are water fountains on site)
Workout towel
